School Improvement
Partner Support (Updated based on the New Ofsted Inspection Framework, Guidance and Toolkits)
Our comprehensive School Improvement Partner (SIP) services are designed to support schools, give headteachers and staff confidence, and validate and improve practice.
New Support for Schools for the New Ofsted Framework and Toolkits
We offer SIP support in discussing, evaluating and improving all the new toolkit areas.
Support for SEF, SES,
and SDP Writing using the new Ofsted framework and toolkits 2025
This one-day, in-school session offers comprehensive guidance and hands-on support for writing or refining your Self-Evaluation Summary (SES) or School Development Plan (SDP) using tools and techniques based on Ofsted’s new toolkits and requirements.
Headteacher Performance Management
Our focused service supports schools in setting meaningful objectives, ensuring all roles are understood, and guiding the entire process for improved outcomes. Available to all schools, even if you don’t currently use ECM as your School Improvement Partner.
Website Audit
Ensure your school’s website meets all statutory requirements with our comprehensive website audit. Our website audit will help ensure that your website is fully compliant, user-friendly, and reflects your school’s values and policies.
Governance Review
Ensure your governance is robust and ready for inspection with our comprehensive review. This service includes a governor self-evaluation audit, pre-reading materials, Ofsted-style interviews to provide actionable feedback and coaching and ensures that your Governors are ready for Inspection.
INSET Day
We offer comprehensive INSET day solutions, covering a range of Professional Learning topics or delivering bespoke sessions tailored to your school’s needs. Our INSETs can be provided to small or large groups, with the option for schools to collaborate on shared Professional Learning.
Staff Meeting
Our staff meetings and twilight sessions can be delivered as live online sessions or face-to-face, either for individual schools or clusters.

Organisational Development - Strategic Review Process

Pupil Premium Review
ECM Education offers a comprehensive Pupil Premium Review to assess the effectiveness of your practice. Through in-school observations, leadership interviews, and detailed evaluations, we identify strengths and areas for improvement as well as your Ofsted readiness.
