Support with Ofsted Preparation – Inclusion and SEND

We support schools in preparing for and validating their Inclusion provision, with particular expertise in SEND, in line with the updated Ofsted Framework.

This review looks at provision for all vulnerable groups across the school. It covers the areas outlined above but takes a broader view of inclusion to provide a more comprehensive evaluation.

1. Inclusion Audit based on the Ofsted Inclusion Toolkit. Evaluating your SEF with you. Including analysis of the IDSR.
   1-hour = £110.00 + VAT
    
2. Inclusion audit observing children in your school on the SEND register using the case sampling methodology used by Ofsted in an inspection. Focussing on Strong foundations through the lens of vulnerable pupil. This includes early reading. 
   1 hour or 2-hour options - £110.00 + VAT per hour.
    
3. Discussions and coaching SENDCOs on the inspection process, helping them understand their role during an inspection of Inclusion. This includes evaluating Inclusion with them. Including looking at the quality of SEN support plans and how they are used to support pupils with SEND, tracking progress and attendance for pupils who have SEND and other vulnerabilities. 
   1, 2, and 3-hour options available = £110.00 + VAT per hour.
    
4. Grading your school with you using the Ofsted Toolkit focusing on the elements you want validating. 1, 2, and 3-hour options available = £110.00 + VAT per hour.
    
5. Note of Visit summarising strengths and recommendations. 1 hour = £110.00 + VAT.
    
6. Discussions and interviews with governors, coaching to help them be more effective in understanding and supporting the school’s inclusion offer. 1 hour or 2-hour options = £110.00 + VAT per hour.
    
7. Website evaluation focused on Inclusion and SEND. Evaluation and feedback to be included with other activities. 1 hour = £110.00 + VAT per hour.

Please note that any additional work undertaken beyond the initial agreement or discussion will be charged at the agreed hourly rate of £110.00 + VAT.
