Before the Safeguarding Audit/Review day, we’ll conduct the following:

• Website Analysis: Review policies, including safeguarding policy and behaviour policy.
• Review LA Website: Children’s services.
• General Analysis: School in the community.
• TEAMS Call: Top-Level View Meeting with HT/Senior Leaders (Safeguarding discussion and arrangements for the Safeguarding Audit/Review Day.

Timetabling of the Safeguarding Audit: It is important to emphasise that every school is different, and the timetable will be adapted through consultation to suit each context. For example, it may be necessary to conduct lesson visits at the outset or earlier to accommodate form times in secondary schools, which may alter the start and finish times, etc.

A Safeguarding Audit and Review will highlight strengths and areas for development that come to light during the safeguarding activities conducted on the day. The outcomes of the review will reflect what was observed during the day, as seen at that point in time, and should not be considered a guarantee of future compliance and effectiveness.

This ECM Safeguarding Audit is not an Ofsted Inspection.

Starting from £1,150.00 + VAT

This service offers two options for conducting a safeguarding audit in school:

Option 1: £1,150.00 + VAT and Mileage
Half a day (3 hours) preparation and ‘top-level’ call

• 1 day in school (6 hours)
• 1-hour Note of Visit (NOV) – 1-page summary of areas for development.
  Option 2: £1,300.00 + VAT and Mileage

Option 2: £1,300.00 + VAT and Mileage
Half a day (3 hours) preparation and ‘top-level’ call

• 1 day in school (6 hours)
• 3-hour Record of Visit (ROV) – 3-page summary of areas of strengths and areas for development.
