Our Approach to Supporting Organisational Change:

Step 1:

• Our consultant will work with leaders to review their existing self-evaluation and planning processes.
• Define the scope of work and timetable for the project.

Step 2:

• We will work with leaders, in line with the agreed scope of work and timetable, to facilitate the process of leaders evaluating their current position and planning for their future development.
• We, as consultants and leaders will agree on the next steps and gap tasks between evaluation meetings.
• We will complete a short written summary of jointly agreed recommendations (JAR) at the end of each meeting.

Step 3:

• Our consultant will work alongside leaders at the end of the ‘Securing Organisational Growth & Development’ programme to help them plan next steps and establish any future evaluation of organisational impact.

Dr Tony Birch will work alongside leaders in your establishment to facilitate a process of reflection, review, and planning linked to some or all aspects of your self-evaluation framework.
