ECM School Improvement Partner schools and trusts already use us for Headteacher and CEO Performance Management. CEO PM is available to all schools, even if you are new to ECM or do not use us as your School Improvement Partner.

Our CEO Performance Management is a 4-hour process and can be offered as both a face-to-face or online service.

We provide independent external advice for members of trustees when completing the CEO performance management process.

• A focused and bespoke programme based on your trust’s needs.
• All paperwork and guidance material.
• Advice on the requirements for CEO performance management.
• Support for using the professional standards ‘Multi-Academy Trust Leadership Development: CEO Content Framework’ DfE March 2023 (NON-STATUTORY).
• Ensuring that trustees and CEOs are aware of their roles in the process.
• Support for trustees in evaluating CEO performance.
• Advice on setting objectives, taking into account trust performance data as well as your trust’s self-evaluation.
• Completion of all documents following the formal process.
